Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 for McLean Hospital, in Belmont, MA. The Executive Chef leads a team of cooks and production workers (approximately 10+) and reports to the Food GM. In this role, you will work mostly early morning and daytime hours Monday-Friday, but will need the flexibility to work every other weekend and adapt to schedule fluctuations due to catering and business needs.
McLean Hospital is part of the Mass General Brigham System. It is a 200-bed behavioral health hospital with residential programs, the Pavilion, and Cafeteria. McLean Hospital is consistently ranked as the top freestanding psychiatric hospital, known for high-quality care and service.

Minimum Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience: 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience: 2 years in food or culinary services, including restaurants, catering, institutional services, etc.
