Sodexo is seeking a skilled Executive Chef to oversee a significant culinary operation at a high-profile auto manufacturing account in Georgetown, KY. The Executive Chef 1 will manage daily operations, including overseeing the café, catering, and a food volume of 3.5 million.

This role is ideal for a high-level culinary professional with strong front- and back-of-house skills, excellent financial acumen, and a passion for innovation. Responsibilities include managing the main cafeteria, retail dining, catering, and micro market operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily food production, including planning, preparation, and quality control
  • Manage high-volume catering production
  • Ensure compliance with Sodexo Culinary Standards and recipes
  • Handle food costs, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Develop creative, high-quality menus meeting client expectations
  • Train, mentor, and supervise a team of 8 Sodexo employees
  • Oversee catering functions, events, and multi-site food services
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and dining experience
