Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef at our Philadelphia, PA location. The Executive Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. Responsibilities include ensuring food quality, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and managing inventory and ordering supplies. The Executive Chef will also be involved in training and developing kitchen staff, and collaborating with management to enhance the dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Culinary Arts, Food Preparation, and Menu Planning
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen equipment maintenance
• Experience in inventory management and ordering supplies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
• PAServSafe certification or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end steakhouse or fine dining establishment
