We are opening our second location this fall and are looking for I talented professional to join our team. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef at Chill Kitchen and Bar located in Westborough, MA. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day culinary operations, menu development, food preparation, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality. The role involves managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory and supplies, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Executive Chef will also collaborate with management on marketing and promotional activities related to the menu. This a great opprtunity to get out of the corporate world and be treated repectfully as a team member and appreciated for your hard work.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Menu Development, Food Preparation, and Culinary Techniques
  • Experience in Kitchen Management, Staff Supervision, Training and people development.
  • Knowledge in Inventory Management, Budgeting, and Cost Control
  • Understanding of Health and Safety Regulations, Sanitation Standards
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress
  • Culinary degree or equivalent education, and relevant work experience
