The Dinex Group, the restaurant group of internationally renowned Chef Daniel Boulud, is seeking an Executive Chef to join its team of restaurants.
The Executive Chef is responsible for the overall quality and profitability of the restaurant. This role ensures that all personnel and systems operate efficiently to achieve guest satisfaction, meet budgeted profit levels, and maintain employee morale. The Executive Chef collaborates closely with the General Manager, communicates with Corporate Chefs and the Director of Operations, and maintains relationships with hotel personnel. This position supervises all back-of-house staff. It is a full-time, salaried position.
