The Henry, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, in Nashville, seeks an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations in a high-volume, guest‑centered environment. The role requires 5+ years of restaurant leadership, strong financial acumen, scheduling, and menu execution aligned with our brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of business operations and financials.
• Experience managing shifts, scheduling and planning.
• Create memorable dining experiences and exceed guest expectations.
• Understand flavors, aromas, and ingredients.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Proficient with POS systems and OpenTable.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant management through daily decision making and scheduling.

$90,000 - $120,000 / year + 25% bonus opportunity
