Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is hiring an Executive Chef to oversee all kitchen operations, menu development, and food presentation across venues. You will test recipes, monitor guest satisfaction, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health codes while leading a talented kitchen team.

Responsibilities include menu creation, staff leadership, cost controls, and collaboration with F&B leadership to drive profitability and guest experience. Relocation packages are available.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Culinary degree or certificate preferred.
  • 5+ years in restaurant kitchen roles.
  • 1+ year in a supervisory/leadership role.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the preparation and presentation of all foods in all lodge venues.
  • Maintain health department compliance and training for staff.
  • Hire, train, schedule, and supervise chefs, cooks, and staff.

The range listed is just one component of Great Wolf’s total compensation package.
