Job summary

Culinary Dropout, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, is seeking an Executive Chef in Denver to lead high-volume operations and drive exceptional guest experiences. The role demands strong financial understanding, staff leadership, and hands-on management of daily kitchen and dining room activities.

You’ll oversee scheduling, quality control, and guest satisfaction while ensuring compliance and safety in a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay, incentives, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of business operations and financials.
• Able to manage shifts including scheduling and planning.
• Capable of creating memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations.
• Knowledge of flavors, aromas and ingredients.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Remain calm and effective in a high-volume environment.
• Handle on-the-fly requests with poise.
• Familiar with POS systems and OpenTable (or similar).
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team.
