Job summary

Pioneer Point Recovery is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead and hands-on manage the kitchen at a residential behavioral health facility. Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Culinary degree, associate degree, or formal culinary training preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in food service operations, commercial kitchen management, institutional food preparation, or related setting.
  • Previous kitchen leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Food handler, food manager, and other required certifications—or ability to obtain them.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, menu development, inventory management, and commercial kitchen operations.
  • Healthcare, behavioral health, residential treatment, hospitality, education, or institutional food service experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.

Executive Chef – Pioneer Point Recovery

Pioneer Point Recovery is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead food service operations at our residential behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment facility.

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for creating and serving high-quality, nutritious meals while overseeing the day-to-day operation of our kitchen. The Executive Chef will manage menu planning, food preparation, purchasing and inventory, kitchen sanitation, food safety, dietary accommodations, and overall food quality.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft and understands that, in a residential treatment environment, meals are an important part of creating a welcoming, comfortable, and recovery-focused experience for our clients.

Responsibilities
