• Maintain inventory and manage food costs effectively.

• Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Develop new dishes and menus in line with the latest market trends.
• Collaborate with our management team to plan and execute events.
• Manage kitchen budget and ensure efficient use of supplies.
