Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $84,000.00/yr

DryHop Brewers is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our team. The ideal candidate has organizational skills, experience in staffing, scheduling, cost of goods analysis, loss control, and a passion for cooking. Experience with pizza making is a plus.

CHEF Philosophy

The DryHop team values management and leadership. Managing a kitchen involves setting your team up for success, being a strong communicator, delegator, teacher, and planner. While technical cooking skills are important, leadership qualities are prioritized.

Everyone in the company strives to maintain high standards while providing a fun work environment and good work-life balance. The Chef should allocate approximately 60% of their time to food-related tasks and 40% to planning and administrative duties.

Requirements include 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen. The position requires weekend and evening availability.
