As our Executive Chef, you’ll be the lifeblood of our restaurant and catering operations. Your mission? To deliver a top-notch dining experience that will leave our guests coming back for more. You’ll also be at the helm of a skilled team of cooks, ensuring that our menus are seasonal, innovative and tantalizingly delicious.
Creating mouth-watering daily menus. Selecting the freshest food from reliable merchants. Hiring and managing a diverse kitchen staff. Experimenting with new dishes and flavors. Making sure every plate looks as good as it tastes. Keeping everything from the kitchen to the dining room spotless and safe. And, most importantly, making sure the service is always impeccable.
Graduation from a renowned culinary school, or proven success managing a high-quality restaurant. Top-notch verbal, comprehension, listening and problem-solving skills. A solid track record of presenting an outstanding menu. A few years of culinary managerial experience. The ability to thrive under pressure. And last but certainly not least, a passion for food and hospitality.
A Culinary Degree or a BA/BS Degree, and a minimum of 5 years of Food and Beverage experience. A deep understanding of culinary standards and the ability to mentor culinary talent. And, preferably, some experience with annual revenue and expense budgets.
You’ll need to be regularly mobile, able to lift boxes up to 15 pounds, and have close vision for computer work.
