The Chair will lead a premier, multi-hospital department spanning MGH, BWH, Mass Eye and Ear, and affiliated sites, driving clinical excellence, research impact, and academic leadership.

The ideal candidate holds an MD or MD/PhD, board certification in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, and a distinguished academic record with HMS faculty appointment at Professor or

Qualifications

• MD or MD/PhD degree; board certification in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery.
• Accomplished physician, scholar, and leader with strong clinical, teaching, research and administrative credentials.
• Appointment to Harvard Medical School faculty at Professor (preferred) or Associate Professor level and national/international recognition in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery department across Mass General Brigham.
• Drive clinical excellence, research advancement, and academic development.
• Oversee enterprise integration across Mass General Brigham and affiliated partners.
