Qualifications

• CPA designation required.
• Master's degree in accounting/finance; seven years of relevant experience or a bachelor's degree with nine years of relevant experience.
• Florida Higher Education experience and active Florida CPA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for finance and accounting functions and develop strategies to support the institution's mission and priorities.
• Advise executive leadership on financial, operational, and strategic matters and present financial reports to the Board of Trustees.
• Direct preparation of annual financial statements and oversee audits.
• Ensure GAAP, GASB, and regulatory compliance and maintain robust internal controls.
• Oversee budgeting, treasury, student financial services, procurement, and business operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to advance the college's classical liberal arts mission.
