Job summary

Arkansas Hospice, Inc. seeks a strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead all financial operations, planning, and reporting. The role requires collaborating with the President and CEO and executive team to advance organizational priorities and ensure fiscal health.

The CFO oversees budgeting, accounting, reporting, treasury, contracts, compliance, and risk management while guiding staff development and stakeholder engagement across LifeTouch Health entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Valid Arkansas driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the President and CEO and other leaders to develop annual budgets, long-range financial plans, forecasts, and strategies.
• Direct accounting, audit, accounts receivable, cash management, treasury, investment, asset management, payroll oversight, and financial reporting functions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, analyses, and executive summaries for the Board and Finance Committee.
• Oversee annual IRS filings, payer contracting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop finance staff, ensure internal controls, and coordinate with external auditors.
