Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Catering Manager to lead all catering functions for a premier corporate dining account. You will oversee planning, coordination and flawless execution of events in an executive environment, delivering high-quality dining experiences.

The role emphasizes managing catering staff, controlling food and labor targets, and ensuring accuracy of event orders and revenue reporting. Experience in events, hospitality and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
• Experience in events, hospitality and catering preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver catering solutions to meet client needs
• Build and maintain strong client rapport
• Ensure high quality planning and execution of events
• Coordinate delivery, setup and teardown of events
• Assist clients in planning special events with creative solutions
• Train and lead catering staff to meet service standards
• Provide Banquet Event Orders and ensure all requests are met
• Manage food and labor targets and report catering revenue/expenses
