THE JOB:

Join the exciting Executive Casino Host team at MGM Springfield, where your primary role will be to enhance the casino's customer base and streamline processes for exceptional service. As an Executive Host, you'll leverage your judgment to fulfill casino customer requests, ensuring a memorable experience for all guests.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • To successfully maintain and engage our VIP players, it's essential to implement a robust CRM strategy that includes personalized communication through calls and targeted emails. Organizing exclusive player events and unforgettable experiences, like carefully planned dinners, will foster loyalty and enhance relationships.
  • Following up and feedback collection after these events can further refine our approach, ensuring our VIPs feel valued and connected to our brand.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrates savvy interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
  • Have bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Has 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience
  • Can provide proof of eligibility to work in the country located.
  • Must be 18 years of age
