FALCATA seeks a hands-on Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to lead and scale the Contracts function and core administrative operations in support of rapid growth and acquisition activity. The CAO will own Contracts, Facilities, Security, Records, and other enterprise services, partnering with Legal and Finance to ensure governance and risk management.

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in GovCon functions.
• 5+ years in a senior executive or enterprise functional leadership role.
• Experience leading the full government-contract lifecycle in a complex environment.
