Title:Executive Business PartnerJob Description:NOW HIRING: Executive Business PartnerCompensation: $150,000-$160,000 per yearThis role will require 24/7 and on-site availabilityJob OverviewThe Executive Business Partner will be responsible for providing strategic support, collaboration and advisement to the executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished. The EBP's primary role will be supporting the CEO, and will require great communications skills, flexibility, critical thinking, efficiency, change management and executive consultation along with expectations prone to changing on a day-to-day basis.Roles & ResponsibilitiesExecutive Business & Administrative SupportCalendar & Gatekeeping: Manage complex, multi-time zone calendars, screen contacts, and prioritize meetings.Communication & Correspondence: Triage incoming communications, draft professional or personal correspondence, and act as a liaison to internal/external partners.Travel & Logistics: Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, private transportation, and high-level scheduling.Accounting & BookkeepingTransaction Management: Maintain day-to-day books for personal entities and households.Reconciliation & Reporting: Categorize daily expenses, reconcile bank, and credit card statements monthly, and track cash flow.Accounts Payable: Manage personal bill payments, vendor invoicing, and monitor household or personal operating budgets.Advisor Collaboration: Coordinate with external accounting / Finance / Bank managers, legal counsel, and estate vendors.Manage professional scheduling for CEO and other executives, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logisticsParticipate and/or lead in various executive meetings and provide high level notetaking and follow-up post meetingCoordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information between executive and operational leadershipManage, coordinate, and arrange corporate executive travel and travel-related activities, including hotel, booking, transportation on an as needed basisPerform administrative and office support, such as spreadsheet creation, and maintenance of contacts databaseMaintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercises discretion when interfacing with the businessOrganize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsiteOther duties as assignedQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
