About the Role

We’re seeking a high-level business support professional to work closely with our executive team, especially supporting the COO. This role involves strategic assistance, operational coordination, and problem-solving across the organization.

This is a 1099 contractor position with performance-based compensation, ideal for organized, proactive individuals who enjoy making an impact.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Partner with the COO and executive team to manage priorities, tasks, and communications.
  2. Coordinate operations, project timelines, and team workflows.
  3. Assist with scheduling, inbox management, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.
  4. Develop and optimize SOPs and internal systems.
  5. Support hiring processes, onboarding, and team communication.
  6. Conduct light research, prepare reports, and handle cross-functional tasks.
  7. Operate with confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

  1. Experience supporting senior executives, operations, or business administration.
  2. Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership skills.
  3. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, CRM tools, project management platforms like Asana or Trello).
  6. Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, evolving environment.
  7. Experience in startups, consulting, or operations is a plus.
