BCG Attorney Search seeks an Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Associate in Dallas, TX. The attorney will focus on equity plans, executive retention packages, and compensation arrangements in mergers and acquisitions, especially private equity transactions.

The role requires 3 years of corporate experience, JD degree, and Admittance to the Texas bar; AmLaw 100 experience is preferred. This is a demanding, client-facing position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3 years of corporate experience required.
• Experience at AmLaw 100 firm preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing demands.
• JD degree from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support transaction preparation and strategy.
• Draft memos, contracts, and correspondence.
• Assist in managing complex transactions from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and address concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with professionals to develop transaction strategies.
• Participate in client calls and meetings; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Engage in ongoing training and pro bono programs.
