Job summary

King County Housing Authority (KCHA) seeks an accomplished leader for the role of Assistant Vice President of Property Management - Administration. This executive will steward administrative oversight across federally subsidized housing programs, guiding regional managers and ensuring consistent procedures.

The AVP will partner with the AVP of Maintenance to align standards and supervise administrative and site-based maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supervising staff and building strong teams in a regulated environment.
• Strong leadership and program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer service standards and operating procedures are applied consistently across all housing communities.
• Supervise Regional Managers and mentor site-based staff.
• Collaborate with Maintenance leadership to standardize operating procedures and supervision.
• Oversee portfolio budgets and provide ongoing fiscal oversight to portfolio teams.
• Support learning, development and succession planning across Property Management Administrative teams.
