Golden Gate University seeks an Associate Dean for Academic Affairs in the School of Law. The role leads academic programs, guides curriculum and accreditation efforts, and supports faculty advancement. You will work with the Dean and other university offices to enhance educational outcomes and operational efficiency.

The position includes oversight of asynchronous learning initiatives, budgeting support, and collaboration across departments. A J.D.

Formación

• Experience in administration of a law school or higher education setting.
• Ability to oversee curriculum development, accreditation, and faculty affairs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and policy interpretation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and coordinates academic programs within the School of Law.
• Advises the Dean on curriculum, faculty affairs, and educational outcomes.
• Oversees faculty hiring, development, and asynchronous learning initiatives.
• Manages accreditation-related activities and reporting with the State Bar of California.
• Collaborates with Admissions, Enrollment Services, Career Center and other departments.
• Supports budgeting and cost control for academic programs.
• Schedules courses and ensures efficient academic operations.
• Provides administrative support for academic changes to CAS.
• Supervises academic staff and ensures policy compliance.
