Responsibilities

• Participate in and lead where necessary the planning and implementation of new projects and initiatives to achieve short- and long-term business objectives and strategic outcomes.
• Analyze information, determine feasible solutions and articulate recommendations to management.
• Lead and take ownership of small and medium size efforts, coordinating activities across team and departmental boundaries.
• Organize, plan and support the development of communication plans, test plans, change management plans and training plans to aid in the implementation and adoption of project or program deliverables.
• Adhere to all current standards and procedures ensuring all efforts are properly and accurately documented; suggest enhancements to procedures and standards where necessary.
• Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company policies.
• Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
