The Executive Assistant to the CEO is responsible for maximizing CEO effectiveness by ensuring his time, commitments, communication, and logistics run seamlessly. The purpose of this role is to maximize the amount of time the CEO can focus on high-leverage work that only he can do. Working closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff, this role creates the proactive structure and preparation that allows the CEO to stay focused and coordinated.
Primary Outcome: A CEO whose time and logistics are exceptionally and proactively well managed so he has maximum focus on high-leverage work only he can do.
More about the CEO's Outcomes: At Knit, the CEO is responsible for driving "Where are we going and how do we win?" His core ownership is around vision, talent, and finance, which includes setting company direction, pressure-testing key hypotheses, recruiting exceptional people, developing leaders, and ensuring we have the capital to achieve our goals.His ideal Day-to-day should ideally look like: Key interviews, time with direct reports and leaders to create clarity, opening commercial doors, advancing and closing major opportunities, and de-risking company-level bets.
In accordance with our pay transparency guidelines, the expected salary range of the Executive Assistant to the CEO is $130,000 - $145,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's level, experience, and qualifications upon joining Knit.
