Job description

Our client, an Asset Management firm in Midtown East is looking to hire a star Executive Assistant to support a team and help them create operational processes. The role will require the candidate to be in the office 5x a week. The successful candidate will have at least 7+ years of corporate admin experience and will have stellar computer and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel coordination, expense reporting, general administrative support, etc.
  • Support the administrative needs of a growing team including meeting coordination, travel coordination, etc.
  • Coordinate meetings and greet clients or guests.
  • Attend related meetings and maintain minutes/records.
  • Event coordination as needed.
  • Ad hoc projects as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7+ years of experience in a relevant administrative capacity supporting senior executives or multiple teams.
  • Experience coordinating complex travel arrangements.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of discretion.
  • Demonstrated sense of ownership and proactivity.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and conscientiousness.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking ability.
  • Good judgment, with positive and unflappable attitude.
  • Organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

SALARY:
Up to $150K (DOE) + discretionary bonus + 100% covered health, dental and vision + 401(K) and 4% match + unlimited PTO and much more.

HOURS:
9am-5:00pm + 24/7 availability via phone and email as needed.
