Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks an Executive Assistant to provide on-site support to the General Counsel at DARPA HQ in Arlington, VA.

The role demands discretion, proactive problem-solving, and strong multi-project coordination across agency stakeholders. The successful candidate will manage the GC's calendar, scheduling, and engagements while maintaining professional relationships across the Agency, OSW, OUSW(R&E), Military Departments, and related DoW offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years providing executive support and calendar management at a major firm or C-suite level.
• Experience with FOIA requests is required.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Detail-oriented with strong planning and communication skills.
• Experience managing special projects and executive meetings.
• Experience coordinating in-person and remote staff operations.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to the General Counsel, including calendar, meetings, and speaking engagements.
• Coordinate with DIRO OGC Team to ensure proactive administrative support to leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive legal information.
• Track multiple projects and manage time effectively across stakeholders.
• Assist GC activities and processes, coordinating work with DIRO and DARPA staff.
