Strategic Problem-Solving & Decision Support
  • Proactively take charge of situations, exercising independent judgment, initiative, and tact to make sound administrative decisions, resolve issues, and locate appropriately - always with careful regard for confidentiality and company policy
  • Continuously identify opportunities to increase organizational efficiency, streamline processes, and solve problems while meeting deadlines
  • Make discriminating decisions regarding the distribution and flow of information and work

  • Plan and execute networking, team-building, and special events for internal staff and external audiences
  • Arrange complex, detailed domestic and international travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; create and track expense reports in a timely manner
  • Manage all aspects of office administration with independent thinking and sound judgment, establishing and maintaining efficient office procedures
  • Maintain organizational charts, files, and records; perform additional administrative duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
Experience & Education
