K-LOVE is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CTO in Franklin, TN. This role focuses on proactive calendar and communications support and alignment with the ministry's mission and values.

The position requires active participation in ministry-wide initiatives and a commitment to professional development, safety policies, and faith-based covenants. The incumbent should be prepared to adapt to various roles to move the team forward.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment reference screen and background check.
• Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must agree with K-LOVE Christ-Centered Life Covenant and Statement of Faith.

Responsibilities

• Proactively influences culture by positive, energetic participation and represents the ministry with integrity.
• Support CTO with calendar, correspondence and meeting coordination.
• Assist with ministry-wide initiatives and events as announced (Daily Prayer, All Team Meetings, All Team Celebrations).
• Follow employment policies, maintain safety standards, and participate in safety training.
• Be willing to serve in any role to move the team and mission forward.
