Location: Sodexo Live! is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Sodexo Live!. This position is Remote.

Job Overview:

Are you a master of organization with a passion for people? Join Sodexo Live! as our Executive Assistant to the CEO and play a pivotal role at the heart of our hospitality business. In this high-impact position, you'll work side-by-side with our CEO, helping drive operational efficiency, strategic priorities and stakeholder engagement. From managing complex calendars to coordinating key executive meetings and events, you'll be at the center of it all - ensuring communication flows, projects move forward, and leadership stays aligned.

This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide proactive, high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO
• Serve as a trusted liaison across departments and with the global and regional boards.
• Draft and manage professional correspondence, meeting materials, and executive communications.
• Help plan and execute key organizational events, including meetings and partner facing hospitality experiences.
• Manage complex and frequently changing calendars, meetings, and travel schedules (domestic and international).
• Serve as the primary point of coordination for the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Assist with tracking strategic initiatives, key projects, deadlines and action items ensuring follow-ups are completed in timely manner.
• Organize and manage logistics for executive travel, including visas, itineraries, and accommodations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a global or matrixed organization.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
• A relationship-oriented professional who maintains confidentiality and builds trust.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to demonstrate sound judgement and steady composure under pressure.
• Prior experience in hospitality, food services, entertainment, or event management sector is a plus.
• Comfortable working across time zones and flexible with availability beyond regular hours when needed.
• Ability to travel within the US and Canada by air and ground transportation; meeting travel and coordination on quarterly basis for 2-5 days at a time.
