Job Title: Executive Assistant/ Salesforce Administrator
Status: Part-time (28 hours per week) with potential to move to full-time | Monday through Thursday 9am - 5pm (with 1 hour lunch)
Position Overview
The Executive Assistantto the Chief Ministry Officer (CMO) is a key support role that helps carry outthe vision of Redemption Church by providing high-level administrative,relational, and strategic support. This person is detail-oriented, dependable, confidential,and spiritually mature—capable of balancing excellence in execution with aservant-hearted approach to ministry. The EA functions as an extension of theCMO’s office, ensuring the day-to-day operations, communications, andscheduling flow efficiently so ministry can move forward with clarity andstrength. This role will also beresponsible for the configuration, support, and continuous improvementof our Salesforce platform and will collaborate with the CSO as needed tofacilitate a seamless system within Salesforce organizationally. The idealcandidate is a strong communicator, problem solver, and proactive collaboratorwho can effectively bridge technical solutions with ministry needs.
KeyResponsibilities
AdministrativeSupport
· Manage andmaintain the CMO’s calendar, appointments, and scheduling requests withaccuracy and discretion.
· Coordinatemeetings, events, and travel arrangements, including logistics, agendas, andfollow-up.
· Preparereports, presentations, meeting notes, and internal communications as directed.
· Monitor andrespond to emails or communication on behalf of the CMO as needed.
· Assist inbudget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing for the MinistryOffice.
Project &Ministry Coordination
· Trackministry projects, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
· Helpfacilitate collaboration across departments and campuses by communicatingclearly and consistently.
· Supportplanning and execution of church-wide initiatives and events tied to theMinistry Office.
· Serve as aliaison between the CMO and other staff, ministry leads, and volunteers.
Communication &Confidentiality
· Handleconfidential information with utmost integrity and professionalism.
· Representthe heart and voice of the CMO with warmth and clarity in written and verbalcommunication.
· Maintainpositive relationships with staff, leaders, and external ministry partners.
· Keepinternal systems and documents organized and up-to-date.
· Configure and maintain Salesforce to supportministry workflows like discipleship, volunteer engagement, small groups,follow-ups, and events.
· Manage user roles, permissions, and onboardingto safeguard sensitive information.
· Build andmaintain automated processes to streamline ministry operations.
· Maintaindata quality and generate reports/dashboards to support strategic decisions.
· Partnerwith ministry leaders to design user-friendly Salesforce solutions.
· Providetraining and support to staff and volunteers using Salesforce.
· LeadSalesforce projects from ideation to implementation with clear communicationand change management practices.
· Provenexecutive level organizational skills, attention to detail, and timemanagement.
· Previousexecutive level administrative experience required.
· Previousproject management and or project coordination experience required.
· High levelcommunicator who sets high priority to follow up and task completion.
· Mustbe a self-starter, workwell independently as well as within a team environment.
· Mustbe articulate, professionaland expansive in all forms of communication i.e., email, chats, text, andconversational.
· Skilled inmanaging multiple priorities and adapting to changing needs.
· Mustbe trustworthy withconfidential information; clear written and verbal communicator.
· Proficientin Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
· Experienceas a Salesforce Administrator or similar required
· Solidunderstanding of Salesforce or similar applications data, security, andautomation.
· Able totranslate ministry needs into technical solutions.
· Detail-oriented,analytical, and a creative problem-solver.
· Alignedwith Redemption Church’s mission and values; passionate about ministry.
· Experiencewith church/nonprofit systems like PushPay, CCB, or Planning Center is aplus.
· Humble,flexible, dependable, and willing to travel as needed.
· High Schooldiploma required, College degree preferred.
