Clean Energy, located in Newport Beach, California, seeks an organized Executive Assistant to manage calendars, arrange appointments, and handle communications for the executive team. The role requires strong organization skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and at least 5 years of relevant experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent; plus a minimum of 5+ years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and training.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Requires good command of the English language, both verbal and written, as well as excellent composition, grammar, punctuation and spelling skills. Requires skills in judgment and diplomacy.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and database software. Advanced knowledge of Excel.
