ProPharma Group is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its Executive Committee. This role demands strong organizational skills and discretion while managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and confidential information. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and will excel in communication and MS Office applications.

The Executive Assistant position is responsible for supporting the Executive Committee members in optimizing time and productivity. This position requires strong organizational skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs as well as provide exceptional support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
