Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President of Quality Assurance & Food Safety and the quality leadership team. You will manage calendars, coordinate domestic travel, prepare presentations, and act as a liaison between executives and internal/external partners.

This role emphasizes discretion, organization, and project coordination in a fast-paced corporate function.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of executive administrative support experience.
• Experience supporting senior leaders or executive-level management.
• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, meetings, and executive schedules.
• Coordinate domestic travel, lodging, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
• Prepare professional presentations, reports, correspondence, and leadership communications.
• Serve as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, regulatory agencies, and external partners.
• Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Coordinate projects, action items, and leadership follow-up activities.
• Support audit coordination, regulatory documentation, and vendor communications.
