The Executive Assistant/Office Manager III is responsible for providing comprehensive executive administrative support to the General Manager and senior management team. This role includes supervising the administrative staff and coordinating office services, budget preparation, reporting, and control.
Responsibilities
Where You'll Make an Impact:
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager and senior management, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, mail, and document filing, and taking meeting notes.
- Coordinate heavy travel arrangements (domestic & international).
- Organize meetings, including room setup, AV equipment, conference calls, and refreshments.
- Supervise administrative staff regarding scheduling, workload, and daily routines.
- Manage office equipment operations, including phones, copiers, and computers.
- Assist in preparing and managing budgets, reports, and statistical records.
- Research and analyze data for projects and initiatives.
- Track attendance records for administrative staff.
- Plan and execute office moves and furniture orders.
- Organize executive team outings and events.
- Serve as backup to the Corporate Executive Assistant Office Manager.
- Extend compliments in accordance with the property’s comp matrix.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Maintain concentration for extended periods.
Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience supporting a C-level executive in a professional office environment.
- Two-year associate’s degree in secretarial science, office management, or equivalent experience and education.
- At least one year of supervisory experience.
- Ability to work in an environment with alcohol and smoking exposure.
- Must obtain and maintain licensure as required by regulatory entities.
