  • Manage meeting logistics, including invitations, agendas, conference rooms, technology, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
  • Capture decisions, notes, and action items when requested, and coordinate follow-up with responsible owners.
  • Maintain leadership calendars, distribution lists, organizational charts, contact information, and shared team resources.
  • Coordinate leadership visits, onboarding activities, employee meetings, town halls, and team-engagement events.
  • Partner with administrative professionals across CRH to coordinate enterprise meetings, events, and cross-functional priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, leadership routines, meeting effectiveness, and information flow.
Office Management
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the South Central Division office in The Woodlands.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations, visitors, vendors, and building-management partners.

  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, conference rooms, catering, mail, deliveries, and general office services.
  • Partner with Facilities, IT, Security, Procurement, and other teams to resolve office-related needs.
  • Manage office vendors, invoices, service requests, and recurring administrative activities.
  • Support workspace planning, office moves, new-hire workspace preparation, and workplace projects.
  • Develop and maintain office procedures, administrative standards, and shared resources.
  • As the South Central organization grows, provide direction and oversight to an additional administrative assistant.
