Gradial is hiring an Executive Assistant to support our C-Suite Executives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. You will own the scheduling, travel, coordination and follow-through that keeps our C-Suite Executives focused on the highest-impact priorities across the business.
This role is about more than keeping calendars organized. You will create structure across competing priorities, anticipate needs and ensure important work continues moving without unnecessary friction. The right person will bring strong judgment, exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to supporting multiple executives with different priorities and working styles.
The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
