The Office of Governor Tina Kotek is seeking experienced and highly organized professional Executive Assistants to provide confidential executive and operational support to the Governor and senior advisors in their leadership and management of state agencies, boards, and commissions. This position is integral to the administration’s success, ensuring the coordination of internal and external communications, supporting policy initiatives, and facilitating the implementation of the Governors priorities. These priorities affect nearly every resident in Oregon and are critical to the state’s governance and operational success. The Executive Assistant may be assigned to any of the following key policy areas:
Work is primarily performed in a professional office setting with frequent daily computer and office‑equipment use. Consistent and reliable attendance is essential to meet operational and statutory deadlines and may require extra hours on evenings, weekends and holidays during heavy workload periods, especially during legislative session.
