What You'll Own

• Executive & Team Support Master complex calendars, organize travel & submit expense reporting, communications, presentations, research, and crossfunctional coordination. Act as the executive's proxy when needed.

• Financial & Business Support Handle expenses, invoices, cost tracking, and light financial analysis. Spot efficiencies and recommend improvements.

• HR & People Support Track absences, support onboarding, coordinate training, and mentor junior admin staff.
