Job Description
Work Arrangement :
This role is categorized as hybrid. The successful candidate is expected to report to GMs Global Technical Center office at least three times per week.
Additional flexibility may be required, including working onsite on Mondays and/or Fridays.
The Role :
The Executive Administrative Assistant will support one or more executives, including Duncan Aldred, GM SVP and President GMNA. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within a dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks, and skilled at building relationships across teams. They should thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, be adaptable to change, solve problems proactively, make high-quality decisions, and think strategically.
