Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and two years of community work experience OR high school diploma with six years of related experience.
  • Equivalent combination of education/experience as described above. At least one year of experience under criterion 1.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an active calendar of appointments and prioritize conflicting needs.
  • Monitor telephone calls, mail, and email messages.
  • Prepare agendas, briefings, summaries, meeting documents, and confidential correspondence.
  • Provide briefings to the Administrator for internal and external meetings.
  • Expedite handling of issues and track priorities/follow-ups.
  • Attend meetings and take notes for distribution to staff.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure key correspondence is read and signed.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between the Administrator, ACP staff, panel members, and stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
