Your New Role…
The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the SVP, Data Analytics, Science & Insights as well as two to three Vice Presidents within CNN’s Digital Products and Services. Responsibilities include arranging travel, maintaining Outlook calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing expense reports, answering and screening calls, managing office supplies, and processing expenses. The candidate must be proactive, able to prioritize, and manage a demanding, ever-changing calendar for executives. Effective coordination of schedules and meetings to ensure seamless execution is essential.
Attention to detail is crucial. The candidate must work comfortably with executives and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Client Support - 40% Provides full administrative support to executives, proactively managing their demanding, dynamic calendars and coordinating logistics for department meetings and events.
Calendar Management - 40% Maintains Outlook calendars and schedules meetings, ensuring seamless coordination among all parties involved with strong attention to detail.
Arrange Travel - 10% Organizes travel arrangements in accordance with corporate policies.
Expense Management - 10% Submits expenses promptly in Concur, juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience…
Bachelor's degree preferred; 3+ years supporting senior/executive roles preferred. Experience in media, news, digital, politics, or entertainment industries is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and high confidentiality are essential.
Highly organized, efficient, able to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are required. Customer service orientation is a must.

In compliance with applicable laws, we disclose the salary range for this role: $64,399.00 - $119,598.00 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, location, and performance. Benefits include health insurance, wellness programs, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
