Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated executive support to the GM – Americas, including calendar, meetings, and communications.
• Manage the GM’s calendar and priorities to ensure effective time and schedule management.

• Develop and execute brand initiatives and activations to elevate visibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated executive support to the GM – Americas, including coordination of meetings, schedules, communications, and other administrative requirements as needed.
• Manage the GM’s calendar, priorities, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure effective time and schedule management.
• Support the GM with preparation, coordination, and follow-up of meetings, presentations, communications, and other business requirements.
• Craft and refine our brand story, ensuring it resonates with our target audience and stands out in the market.
• Develop and execute brand initiatives and activations to elevate our brand presence and visibility.
• Handle everything from content planning and creation to community engagement and performance analytics.
• Produce high-quality, engaging content in various formats, including blogs,videosand infographics.
• Conceptualize, produce, and manage compelling video content and innovative brand campaigns.
• Participate, plan, organize, and lead industry events &connectsto enhance our brand's presence andestablishthought leadership.
• Selectappropriate industryevents for participation, organize eventlogistics, and represent the company at these events.
• Identifyand collaborate with key industry influencers to amplify our brand message and build strategic partnerships.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on relevant performance metrics tooptimizeinitiatives anddemonstratecampaign success.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in executiveassistance, brand management, events, digital marketing, orrelatedfield.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage executive priorities and brand initiatives simultaneously.
• A creative powerhouse with a proventrack recordof successful campaigns, content creation, or brand activations.
• Ability to think strategically and execute with precision.
• Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong event planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools).
• An undeniable passion for branding, content creation, events, and building strong brand experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
