Bloomberg Industry Group seeks an organized administrator to support the Product leadership team. Under general supervision, you will coordinate activities, manage calendars, and handle documentation to keep programs running smoothly.
You will interface with all levels of management, develop knowledge of internal processes, and demonstrate professionalism and diplomacy with staff and customers. Strong writing and verbal communication are essential.
Under general supervision, manage a wide range of key activities for Product leadership of Bloomberg Industry group; interface with all levels of management to provide administrative support with a focus on coordination of activities, team routines, and documentations, while developing knowledge of internal processes and tools; and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and diplomacy to staff members and customers of Bloomberg Industry Group.

Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
