Role Summary
DSG seeks a full‑time Executive Assistant & Special Projects Coordinator to provide high‑level support to the Executive Director (ED) and Managing Director (MD).
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars across time zones.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, briefings, links, and materials.
- Prepare concise notes, follow‑up reminders, and action lists.
- Draft or support written communications for scheduling and logistics.
- Project & Operations Coordination
- Maintain lightweight project trackers and deadline systems.
- Support preparation of documents, slide decks, and briefing packets.
- Organize digital systems (Drive, Docs, files, naming conventions).
- Assist with simple research, summaries, and background context.
- Travel & Events
- Coordinate flights, hotels, itineraries, and on‑ground logistics.
- Prepare travel briefs and meeting packets.
- Occasionally travel (3–4 times/year) to support meetings or convenings.
- Learn key concepts in SRM and climate governance over time, develop situational awareness, and support deeper preparation.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in executive assistance, operations, or coordination roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and calm under pressure.
- Strong systems thinking and organizational ability.
- Proactive anticipation of needs.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with remote work and virtual collaboration tools.
- Daily overlap with US Eastern Time zone.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with climate, governance, multilateral, diplomacy, or nonprofit settings.
- Experience supporting senior leaders in remote or fast‑paced environments.

Salary and Benefits
This is a full‑time role with a salary of $80,000–$95,000 USD/year, depending on experience. DSG is a fully remote organization. If a U.S. resident, medical/dental/vision benefits are available. Occasional international travel will be required (3–4 trips annually). DSG offers flexible PTO and sick days.
