Job Title: Executive Assistant and Security Operations Project Manager- Atlanta
Pay Grade: L
Job Summary:
Provide administrative support to the Chief of Police.Responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and managing multiple priorities.Assist in the preparation of reports, gather and research information, coordinate meetings, copy and file documents, perform data entry, prepare presentations or notes, prepare personnel actions and maintain leave balances for the department. Manages and/or executes tasks to achieve departmental goals and deadlines.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to the assigned area.
Required Skills/Abilities
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
· Ability to operate general office equipment.
· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient at managing time and resources.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to type 60 words a minute.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
· Ability to gather, summarize data and generate reports.
· Ability to maintain confidential information.
Physical Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED AND One year of professional level experience related to the area of assignment.
