Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Remote Executive Assistant (must be based in Vancouver, Washington or Portland, Oregon). This is a remote role with occasional in-person meetings and events, and candidates must have prior experience supporting executives at a high level.
The Executive Assistant will provide critical administrative and governance support to the Executive Director and governing Board. This role ensures smooth Board operations, compliance with public records regulations, and organized executive support.
