SupportFinity™ in Universal City is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support for senior executives, including an executive vice president and a senior vice president. The successful candidate will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and maintain confidentiality, ensuring that executives can focus on strategic priorities.
This role requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, outstanding organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The company offers a hybrid work model and competitive compensation.
Universal Pictures Home Entertainment (UPHE) markets and distributes NBCUniversal’s film and television offerings across transactional digital and disc formats worldwide. Distributed lines of content include contemporary and classic productions within the company’s expansive entertainment catalog, spanning properties from Universal Pictures, Focus Features, DreamWorks Animation, Illumination, Universal Media Studios and Peacock, as well as from select third‑party partners.
UPHE distributes through its own operations in parts of North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and South America and through a variety of licensee partnerships across major territories around the world. The Executive Assistant function plays a critical role in enabling senior leadership to operate at the highest level. This role provides end‑to‑end executive support for an Executive Vice President and a Senior Vice President with global portfolios, ensuring seamless coordination across calendars, travel, communications, and priorities.
Acting as a trusted partner and gatekeeper, the Executive Assistant provides proactive oversight to ensure no responsibilities or details are overlooked: protecting executive time, maintaining rigor across SVP calendars, and enabling clear communication across internal teams and external partners. The role demands exceptional judgment, reliability, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize appropriately in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment that values accountability, precision, trust, and a ‘WE’ mentality.
This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in‑office requirements at any time.
This position is eligible for company‑sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Salary range: $60,000 – $80,000.
