Job summary

Thrive is seeking an Executive Administrator & Chief of Staff to support the Chief Revenue Officer. The role acts as a strategic partner, managing complex calendars, prioritizing workflows, and ensuring accountability across the Revenue organization.

You will coordinate meetings, travel, and board interactions while preparing briefing materials and executive communications. Ideal candidates have 5+ years supporting C-level leaders, strong organizational skills, and fluency with Microsoft 365

Qualifications

  • 5+ years supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven experience managing complex executive calendars and priorities.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience supporting a CRO, CEO, COO, President, or other executive leader.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, cybersecurity, or high-growth companies.
  • Exposure to Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or business strategy functions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, Clari, Gong, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the CRO’s complex global calendar.
  • Prioritize meeting requests based on business impact and strategic importance.
  • Coordinate customer meetings, board interactions, leadership sessions, and executive travel.
  • Prepare briefing materials and meeting summaries for the CRO.
  • Draft and edit executive communications and leadership updates.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations and reports.
  • Create customer and prospect briefing documents.
  • Lead or coordinate strategic projects identified by the CRO.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and remove execution bottlenecks.
  • Monitor progress against organizational priorities and drive accountability.

Job description

  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and business-minded Executive Administrator & Chief of Staff to support our Chief Revenue Officer. This individual will serve as a trusted partner responsible for maximizing executive effectiveness, ensuring operational excellence, and driving accountability across the Revenue organization
  • This role goes well beyond traditional executive administration. While managing executive priorities, communications, travel, and scheduling remains important, the ideal candidate will also act as a strategic coordinator, meeting quarterback, project manager, and operational hub for the CRO and his leadership team
  • The successful candidate will anticipate needs before they arise, manage competing priorities with confidence, and help ensure that critical business initiatives move forward without friction
  • Own and manage the CRO’s complex global calendar
  • Prioritize meeting requests based on business impact and strategic importance
  • Protect executive focus time while ensuring accessibility to key stakeholders
  • Coordinate customer meetings, board interactions, leadership sessions, and executive travel
  • Manage travel logistics, itineraries, expense reporting, and executive schedules
  • Prepare the CRO daily and weekly with briefing materials and meeting summaries
  • Ensure seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve as the central coordinator for leadership meetings and operating cadences
  • Prepare agendas, organize supporting materials, and ensure meeting readiness
  • Capture decisions, action items, deadlines, and ownership assignments
  • Drive follow-up and accountability across the leadership team
  • Maintain visibility into open action items and escalation needs
  • Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Act as a liaison between the CRO and direct reports
  • Coordinate leadership team meetings, offsites, QBRs, forecast reviews, and planning sessions
  • Monitor progress against organizational priorities
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Product
  • Draft and edit executive communications
  • Prepare internal announcements, presentations, talking points, and leadership updates
  • Develop executive-ready presentations and reports
  • Create customer and prospect briefing documents
  • Ensure communications are clear, professional, and aligned with company objectives
  • Maintain visibility into critical revenue initiatives and strategic projects
  • Track progress on organizational goals and business priorities
  • Create executive dashboards and reporting summaries
  • Support annual planning, operating reviews, and special projects
  • Assist with leadership scorecards and KPI tracking
  • Lead or coordinate strategic projects identified by the CRO
  • Support organizational initiatives, process improvements, and operational enhancements
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and remove execution bottlenecks
  • Manage timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and communications
  • Leverage Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI tools to maximize leadership productivity
  • Build executive workflows, dashboards, trackers, and briefing materials
  • Continuously identify automation opportunities that improve efficiency
  • Help implement best practices for executive and leadership team effectiveness
  • Enable the CRO to spend more time on customers, strategy, talent, and execution
  • Ensure leadership decisions become actions
  • Improve organizational accountability and follow-through
  • Reduce administrative burden while increasing operational effectiveness
  • Anticipate issues before they arise and solve problems proactively
  • Become the trusted right hand to the CRO
  • This is not a meeting scheduler. This is a business partner who ensures the CRO’s time is spent on the highest-value activities while helping the Revenue organization operate with speed, accountability, and excellence. EST time zone preferred!
