ClickHouse seeks an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our VP EMEA Sales and RVP EMEA Solutions Architecture. You will anticipate needs, manage complex priorities, and enable seamless coordination across teams.

This role is remote-friendly within a globally distributed company, offering flexible work environment, healthcare contributions, and equity. You’ll work with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and PM tools to keep executives focused on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably across sales, product, or marketing functions.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a polished executive presence.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, project management platforms such as Asana or Monday.com).
• High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

ClickHouse is seeking a highly organised, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to provide strategic and operational support to our ‘VP EMEA Sales’ and ‘RVP EMEA Solutions Architecture’. This role is pivotal in ensuring both leaders are effective, focused, and operating at their highest capacity. You will serve as a trusted partner—anticipating needs, managing complex priorities, and enabling seamless coordination across teams.
